Investing in the Future

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and pursue their dreams. I believe the future of Cumberland County begins in our classrooms. By investing in our students, supporting our teachers, and strengthening our community, we invest in a brighter future for us all.

Why I'm Running

I believe the future of Cumberland County begins in our classrooms.

For too long, we've accepted that some schools, neighborhoods, and students will have greater opportunities than others. I don't accept that. Every child—regardless of where they live or where they come from—deserves access to an excellent education, teachers who believe in them, and the opportunity to pursue their dreams.

I'm running for the Cumberland County Board of Education because I believe education is the foundation of a stronger community. If we want to make Cumberland County one of the best places to live, work, and raise a family, we must begin by investing in our schools.

That means supporting our students with more than textbooks. Our children should graduate with real-life skills that prepare them for the world they'll enter. They should understand financial literacy, entrepreneurship, technology, artificial intelligence, investing, and career pathways that open doors to opportunity. Education should prepare students not only for graduation—but for life.

It also means standing beside the people who make education possible every day: our teachers. I believe educators deserve competitive pay, meaningful professional support, and a community that values the work they do. Teaching should be one of the most respected and rewarding professions in Cumberland County.

Beyond the classroom, I want to expand opportunities for our young people through innovative programs that encourage creativity, leadership, mentorship, and career exploration. Every student deserves positive role models and the chance to discover what they're capable of before someone else tells them what they can't become.

I'm not running because I believe government has all the answers.

I'm running because I believe our community does.

When parents, teachers, students, business leaders, and our neighborhoods work together, there's no limit to what our schools can become.

Our Schools. Our Community. Our Future.

A Future We Build Together

I envision a Cumberland County where every student has the opportunity to succeed, every teacher feels valued, and every family has a voice. Together, we can build stronger schools and a brighter future for generations to come.
